Fire-Lite Fire Alarm Parts — ES-Series Panels, Detectors & Modules
Fire-Lite is QuickShipFire’s deepest-stocked brand — and the line we most often ship to commercial fire alarm contractors across the United States. ES-200X, ES-50X, MS-9200UDLS, MS-9050UD, SD365 sensors, MMF / CMF modules and BG-12LX pull stations: new, refurbished and discontinued.
Fire-Lite: The Commercial Contractor’s Default for Decades
Fire-Lite Alarms has shipped commercial fire alarm equipment since the 1950s and has been part of Honeywell’s Fire Safety portfolio since the late 1990s. The brand’s positioning has stayed consistent across owners: cost-competitive intelligent and conventional panels for general commercial contractors, sold through a deep authorized distributor network plus broad availability through electrical distribution.
Fire-Lite’s panel lineage covers the bulk of mid-size US commercial fire alarm installations:
- MS-2 / MS-4 / MS-9050UD — small-zone conventional panels common in retail, small commercial and light industrial.
- MS-9200 / MS-9200UDLS — workhorse 198-point intelligent panels with a massive installed base; the MS-9200UDLS remains in production as a contractor-favorite.
- ES-50X / ES-200X — current-generation intelligent platforms with built-in IP communicator options and updated SLC architecture.
- ES-FX series — emergency communications and mass notification integrated with the ES-200X platform.
Fire-Lite is the brand QuickShipFire stocks most deeply because it is also the brand US contractors install most often. We hold ES-series current production plus the discontinued MS-9050UD, MS-9200, SD355, MMF-300 and CMF-300 stock that older buildings still need.

Fire-Lite Compatibility & Cross-Reference
Fire-Lite’s replacement paths are well-documented and most legacy parts have current production equivalents — but the SLC polling protocols changed at the MS-9200UDLS to ES-200X transition, which is where most cross-reference questions land.
| Legacy Fire-Lite Part | Current Replacement | Compatibility Notes |
|---|---|---|
| SD355 | SD365 | Same B210LP base; verify ES-50X / ES-200X panel firmware. |
| SD355T | SD365T | Photo-thermal; backward-compatible at base. |
| H355 | H365 | Thermal-only; same base; verify fixed-temp rating. |
| MMF-300 (older rev) | MMF-300 (current) | PCB revision change; check supervision wiring. |
| CMF-300 (older rev) | CMF-300-6 | Relay form-factor; mounting depth identical. |
| MS-9200 | MS-9200UDLS / ES-200X | Database not portable — reprogramming required. |
| MS-9050UD | ES-50X | New SLC architecture; legacy detectors won’t poll on ES-50X. |
| BG-10LX | BG-12LX | Mounting backbox compatible; addressing scheme changes. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Is QuickShipFire an authorized Fire-Lite distributor?
No. QuickShipFire is an independent reseller. We stock Fire-Lite products but are not an authorized Fire-Lite distributor. We work in the secondary market — new, new-old-stock and refurbished — which is why we can stock discontinued SKUs that authorized distributors no longer carry.
Do you stock current-production ES-200X and ES-50X panels?
Yes. ES-200X and ES-50X panels and their supporting modules (IPDACT, ANN-80, ES-NET) ship from our warehouse, along with refurbished options for cost-sensitive replacements. For full panel bill-of-materials quotes, please submit through our quote form so we can verify SLC loading and NAC current draw before quoting.
Can I get Fire-Lite programming software through QuickShipFire?
Fire-Lite’s PS-Tools and ES-Tools programming software is licensed by Honeywell through the authorized service channel. QuickShipFire does not sell programming licenses. For panel programming, contact a Fire-Lite-authorized service provider — we will ship the hardware that programmer needs.
How fast can you ship Fire-Lite parts?
Most in-stock Fire-Lite items ship the same day if your order is placed before noon Eastern Time. Ground transit anywhere in the continental US is typically 2 to 5 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping are available at checkout for urgent jobsite needs.
Are your refurbished Fire-Lite panels code-legal?
Yes. A UL-listed Fire-Lite panel that has been removed from service, bench-tested and verified to perform within published specifications carries the same listing as a new panel — provided no listed components have been changed. See our refurbished Fire-Lite page and our New vs Refurbished guide.
Can I mix legacy SD355 detectors with current SD365 on the same SLC?
Usually yes, with the caveat that the panel’s firmware revision must recognize both polling signatures. Current ES-200X and current MS-9200UDLS firmware handles both — older MS-9200UDLS firmware may not. For mixed-generation SLCs, submit the panel model and CPU revision and we’ll confirm compatibility before shipping.
What’s the difference between an ES-200X and an MS-9200UDLS?
Both are 198-point intelligent panels in the Honeywell Fire-Lite family. The MS-9200UDLS uses the older SLC polling architecture and an integral DACT digital communicator. The ES-200X uses the newer SLC architecture with broader IP-communicator integration and updated programming tools. The MS-9200UDLS is the contractor-favorite legacy panel; the ES-200X is the current spec.
