Shipping Policy

Typically, our products are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 9 business days to receive a tracking number.
Standard shipping time on domestic orders is typically 3-6 business days. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, shipping times may be delayed. While many orders ship within 1-2 business days, please be aware that fulfillment may take slightly longer on new products or products that we are restocking. The title and risk of loss of the products you purchase passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments outside of your control.
We cannot be held accountable for damaged packaging or the contents due to improper handling by the courier service.
While we try to ship items as efficiently as possible, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
We currently only ship products within the continental United States. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the continental United States may be canceled by us after placing the order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues on orders where the shipping address was inputted incorrectly. Please make sure to review your information and let us know of any changes as soon as possible. Shipping addresses must only consist of English letters/characters. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
We highly recommend that you include your phone number on orders so that you can be reached in case of a delivery issue.
